You Can Pay Your Dental Bill Online
As a service to our customers, we are now offering the
convenience of online bill pay. We use the PayPal payment
system, but you don't have to have a PayPal account to pay your
bill. All you need to use the service is a valid credit card.
To Pay Online
First type in your account number or the name of the person
that the account is under. Next fill in the payment amount and
click the "Pay Now" button. On the next screen, enter your
PayPal account info or just click on "Don't have a PayPal
account? Continue" to pay by credit card. We will email you a
reciept for your transaction.

Fees & Costs -
Patients With Dental Insurance
ADC accepts most dental insurance plans. Please read your policy carefully
to make sure you receive the benefits to which you are entitled. Remember,
no insurance company will cover all dental costs. Be prepared to pay 20-40%
of your bill for restorative care (such as fillings, extractions and root
canals, etc.) and 50% of your bill for any prosthetic treatments (such as
crowns, bridges and dentures) the day of your visit. As a courtesy, we will
bill your insurance company for the remainder. Please remember, the
insurance company is responsible to you and not to this office!
As a courtesy to you,
we are happy to submit claims to your insurance company.
Cancellations
If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us within 2 Business Days.
If you are unable to cancel within this time you may be charged for your
appointment.
Dental Emergencies
We do our best to respond to all emergencies promptly. During non-office
hours our answering service will forward your message to the doctor on call.
E-Mail Reminders
We encourage email reminders!
If you would like to receive an e-mail reminder two days prior to your next
appointment, please indicate this on the Contact Us page. Reminders are a
courtesy to patients, and it is your responsibility to notify our office if
your contact information changes.
Non-English Speaking Patients
We welcome all patients, and do our best to make office visits comfortable.
Understanding your needs and explaining our procedures is an important part
of the doctor-patient relationship. ADC's staff is multilingual in Spanish,
